on my way to Canada
Traveling today to New Brunswick…
I have never traveled this far East before…
it is so far East, as a matter of fact,
that it is one hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time.
I am going on business…
but I hope to also have time to be a tourist…
and take a few pictures for you. 
Life has been so busy for me…
but I am alright.

The doctor today says that that is my blood pressure right now.
I knew that it was high…but not that high!
Stress…
change…
pressure…
lots of work…
lots of travel…
weight gain…
it was bound to happen.
I need to change some habits…
in order to survive.
